I am a dedicated Career Healer, Women's Empowerment Coach, and Trainer with a foundation in clinical counseling, boasting over 20 years of expertise in empowering individuals to take control of their lives and careers. Through my passion and experience, I have guided countless individuals towards becoming the architects of their lives and careers.

I facilitate powerful coaching sessions to address the unique career and life needs of people across diverse backgrounds. By providing effective tools and strategies, I’ve successfully helped hundreds of clients break through internal and external barriers to achieve their established goals. I have a particular area of expertise in career empowerment, positive intelligence and nurturing and developing one's intuitive abilities. Through having authentic conversations that foster deep discovery and reflection, I empower women in the 50+ age range to create a joy-driven life.

I have served as a trainer, teacher, and consultant for various businesses and organizations including: Hunter College, City College, LaGuardia Community College, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Monroe College, Odyssey House, the Hicksville School District, Hour Children, the National Urban League, The Hope Program, The National Rehabilitation Association – Metro Chapter and AVASRA.

My comprehensive training sessions delve into various topics including leadership, social justice advocacy, anti-racism, career development and empowerment, community-based healing, nurturing self-compassion, embracing aging gratefully, and effective networking strategies.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Professional Coach, Positive Intelligence Coach and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
